摘要
随着网络经济的发展,网络社区营销成为企业实现品牌宣传,管理顾客关系的重要渠道。目前我国酒店在网络社区营销方面仍存在较大问题,导致网络营销活动不精准,社区成员的口碑效应未得到充分发挥。酒店应结合社会环境及网络舆论热点,积极参加社区活动,完善网络社区的营销渠道,实现营销价值。
With the development of the Internet economy,online community marketing is becoming an important channel to publicize the brand and manage customer relationship.But there are some problems in hotel online community marketing which hinder the Precision Marketing and the spread of WOM.The hotel should actively participate in community activities combining with social environment and public hot spots to improve marketing channels of online community and to realize the marketing value.
