老年糖尿病肾病血尿酸浓度与冠心病相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨老年糖尿病肾病早期患者血尿酸水平与冠心病的关系。方法选取2008~2010年在我院老年科住院的年龄≥60岁的糖尿病肾病患者以及同时合并冠心病患者共317例,分为糖尿病肾病合并冠心病组(98例)和糖尿病肾病组(219例),测定血尿酸、血脂、血糖等生化指标,分析尿酸水平与糖尿病肾病合并冠心病的相关性。结果糖尿病肾病合并冠心病组与糖尿病肾病组比较,血尿酸水平显著增高(P<0·01)。结论血尿酸增高是糖尿病肾病合并冠心病的一个重要危险因素。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum uric acid (UA) and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 317 elderly hospitalized patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) in the Department of Geriatrics were selected and divided into two groups:DN with CHD group( n = 98 ) and DN group (n = 219 ). Biochemical parameters such as serum UA,lipid and blood glucose in two groups were detected and compared. Results The level of serum UA was significantly higher in DN with CHD group than that in DN group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions High level of UA is a risk factors for DN patients with CHD.
