TCF7L2基因多态性与2型糖尿病发病关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 2型糖尿病(T2DM)是由环境和遗传因素共同作用而发生的多基因遗传病,具有明硅的遗传倾向和显著的遗传异质性:近年来T2DM的发病率急速上升,预计到2030年全世界范嗣内的成年患者将达到3.6亿多。
