摘要 电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)是一种有效用于元素(多元素和同位素)检测的现代分析方法。文中简述了ICP-MS的基本原理,比较了ICP-MS较其他检测方法的优势和不足;主要介绍了在茶叶的原产地判别和安全性分析等方面的研究应用现状,最后对ICP-MS技术在茶叶和食品中的应用前景作出了展望。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is a kind of effective modern analytical method tor elements (many elements and isotope) detection. This paper summarized the basic principle of ICP-MS, compares and summarizes the advantage and deficiency of ICP-MS. It mainly focused on the progress in detecting tea origin and tea safety. Finally the prospects of ICP-MS technology applied in tea and other foods were forecasted.
