摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取法分别提取金针菇和茶树菇子实体的挥发性成分,经GC-MS分析,分别鉴定出32种和31种挥发性成分;主要为酚类和醛类。金针菇主要成分有2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、苯乙醛、5-甲基呋喃醛、2-甲基苯酚、2,5-二乙基吡嗪、吲哚;茶树菇主要成分有2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2-戊基-呋喃、苯乙醛、苯乙醇、2-甲基-庚烷、吲哚。
The volatile components in fruiting bodies of Flammulina velutiper and Agrocybe chaxingu were extracted with simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC- MS). There were 32 and 31 volatile components identified in Flarnmulina velutiper and Agrocybe chaxinggu, respectively. Phenols and aldehydes were the dominant volatiles. The main component of Flammulina velutiper were identified as butylated hydroxytoluene, benzeneacetaldehyde, 5-methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde, 2-methyl-phenol, 2,5-di.- ethyl-pyrazine and indole. Among 31 components in Agroeybe chashugu, butylated hydroxytoluene, 2-pentyl-furan, benzeneacetaldehyde, phenylethyl alcohol, 2-methyl-heptane and indole were the main components. The study provided experimental foundation for comprehensive utilization of mushroom.
