摘要
选矿厂生产用水主要由浓缩循环水和清水补充两部分组成,循环水供水部分在生产中往往不稳定,需要人工经常调节补水控制阀门补充清水,以满足生产用水的恒压需求由于补水的随机性和补水量的不确定性使得常规的自动控制难以满足控制要求。基于此,设计了一套模糊控制系统,通过模糊控制理论这种先进的控制方式结合人工的经验,对供水管道压力的变化趋势进行判断和预测,根据判断和预测结果,对补水控制阀门的开度自动进行调节,实现选矿生产用水管道的恒压控制。
The concentrator process water is composed of two parts of thickening recycling water and clear water supplement. The part of recycling water is often unstable, so the supply water control valves shouht be manually adjusted adding clean water to meet the constant demands for the production of water. As randomness of water added and uncertainty of make-up water make it difficult to use conventional automatic control to meet the control requirements. Based on this, a fuzzy control system is designed, which makes the judgement and forecast of the pressure level of the water supply pipeline by a combination of advaneed fuzzy control theory and the empirical method. The adding-water control valve opening can be adjusted according to the forecast result to achieve constant pressure control of process water pipeline of eoneentrator.
