较详细地介绍了大型PLC功能并对各种故障现象进行了分析及处理,阐述了干扰源、干扰侵入途径及耦合方式、防扰的基本原则,并针对不同的干扰侵入方式,采取了相应对策及有效措施。能否对故障现象迅速、准确判断,对确保PLC、CCS、DCS、FCS大系统正常安全稳定运行和提高设备运转率及经济效益非常关键。
The functions of large PLC are introduced, and various failures are analyzed and treated. The interference source, interference pathways and coupling, the basic principles of anti-interference are described. Aimed at different interference pathways, the countermeasures and effective measures are adopted. Quickly and accurately to determine failures is the key to ensure that the PLC, CCS, DCS, FCS large systems can he operated securely and stably, and operation rate and economic efficiency can be improved.
