摘要
通过产品的应用实例,叙述了工业纯钛合金的材料特点及焊接性,并针对纯钛合金采用手工钨极氩弧存在的问题,采用自动TIG、自动MIG、等离子焊接高效焊接技术方法进行焊接研究,并对焊接过程中出现的问题进行合理的分析.总结出纯钛合金采用高效焊接技术进行焊接,不仅能保证常规性能,而且在焊接效率方面大大提高.
In this paper, by analyzing some product application examples, the materials characteristic and melding nature of industrial pure titanium alloy were studied. For the problems that occurred when we meld the pure alloy by tungsten argon arc, we adopted some efficient welding methods such as the automatic TIG, automatic MIG, and plasma welding to solve these problems and made reasonable analysis for the possible problems occurred in the welding process. The conclusion is drawn that the effective welding technology should be adopted to weld the pure titanium alloy. This method can not only ensure the regular characteristic, but also greatly improve the welding efficiency.
