芪地茅花汤对微小病变肾病大鼠VPF、IL-18影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察芪地茅花汤对阿霉素诱导的微小病变肾病大鼠血清血管通透因子(VPF)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)表达的影响,探讨其肾脏保护作用机制。方法:实验动物随机分为6组:正常组,模型组,阳性对照组,中药高、中、低剂量组。用表柔比星(阿霉素)尾静脉注射法(6mg/kg)复制微小病变肾病大鼠模型,分别给予不同剂量芪地茅花汤药液、强的松混悬液。测定大鼠24小时尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、血清VPF、IL-18的含量;并电镜下观察肾脏组织形态学变化。结果:芪地茅花汤可减少微小病变肾病大鼠尿蛋白的排泄量,改善血清生化指标,降低血清VPF、IL-18含量(P<0.05~0.01),修复肾小球上皮细胞足突的结构。结论:芪地茅花汤可降低微小病变肾病大鼠增高的VPF、IL-18表达,从而减轻肾脏病理损害。 Objective:To observe the effects of qidi maohua decoction on VPF and IL-18 contents in minimal change nephrosis rats and explore the protective mechanism.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into normal,model,positive and low,middle,high dose qidi maohua decoction groups,the models of minimal change nephrosis were induced by ADR venoclysis through caudal vein,each group was given the corresponding medicine for 4 weeks.The 24h urine protein,serum ALB,TC,TG,BUN,SCr VPF and IL-18 contents were determined,the morphological changes of kidney were observed by electron microscope.Results:The serum VPF and IL-18 contents were obviously higher in model group rats to compare with normal group;qidi maohua decoction could reduce urine protein output,improve the serum biochemical indexes,reduce serum VPF and IL-18 contents,repair injured foot process of glomerular epithelial cells.Conclusion:Qidi maohua decoction could reduce the pathological injury of kidneys in minimal change nephrosis rats by decreasing VPF and IL-18 levels.
