摘要 目的:探讨脂联素(APN)、血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与老年冠心病及其严重程度的关系。方法:选择老年冠心病患者85例,分为稳定型心绞痛(SA)组,急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组,正常对照组。测量一般临床资料,分别对APN,MMP-9,hsCRP进行测定。结果:各组间外周血ANP,MMP-9,hs-CRP差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.01)。单支病变、多支病变组ANP,MMP-9(P<0.01)。结论:血浆APN、MMP-9、hs-CRP水平与老年冠心病血管病变的严重程度和斑块稳定性显著相关。 Objective:To study the relationship between the level of adiponectin(APN),serum matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and senile coronary heart disease.Method:85 patients with senile coronary heart disease were divided into stable angina(SA) group,acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group and normal control group.General clinical data were measured and the expression of APN,MMP-9 and hs-CRP were determined.Result:The expression of ANP,MMP-9 and hsCRP were significantly different among three groups in peripheral blood(P0.01).The expression of ANP and MMP-9 were significantly different in single-vessel disease and multi-vessel disease group(P0.01).Conclusion:The plasma level of APN,MMP-9 and hs-CRP was significantly related to severity of vascular disease and plaque stability in elder patients with coronary heart disease.
