彩色多普勒诊断肺周及胸膜肿物良恶性的价值

摘要 目的:总结分析肺周及胸膜肿物的彩色多普勒(CDFI)特征,探讨彩色多普勒(CDFI)在诊断肺、胸膜肿物良恶性方面的价值。方法:采用彩色多普勒(CDFI)检测肺周及胸膜30例恶性肿物、28例良性肿物的血流收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、阻力指数(RI)及加速度时间(AT),对肺周及胸膜良恶性肿物的血流动力学参数的差异进行分析。结果:肺周及胸膜良、恶性肿瘤的阻力指数(RI)、加速度时间(AT)存在显著差异(P<0.05),恶性肿块组的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)与良性肿块组相比,未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在肺周及胸膜肿物良恶性诊断中有重要的应用价值。 Objective:To summarize and analyse the feature of peripheral lung and pleural tumor by means of Color Doppler Ultrasonography(CDFI),and explore the value of CDFI in diagnosing benign and malignant tumor of peripheral lung and pleura.Methods:30 benign and 28 malignant masses of peripheral lung and pleura were studied by Color Doppler Ultrasound.The values were measured as follows: the peak systolic velocities(PSV),the resistant index(RI) and the accelerative time(AT).Results:The resistance index(RI) and accelerative time(AT) had significant differences between benign and malignant tumor of peripheral lung and pleura(P0.05).The PSV of benign and malignant tumor of peripheral lung and pleura had no statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion:CDFI has the important application value in diagnosing benign and malignant tumor of peripheral lung and pleura.
