DHS Treatment of Coarse Lung Between Fracture

目的：探讨股骨粗隆间骨折应用动力髋螺钉内固定的疗效。方法：用DHS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折45例。入院后患肢皮肤牵引或骨牵引3~7 d,然后在C形臂X线机监视下先闭合复位,再用DHS内固定。结果：术后随访40例,随访3~20个月,平均11.5个月。骨折愈合时间12~28周,平均15.8周。疗效评定：按黄公怡的疗效评定标准评定,本组优30例,良13例,差2例,优良率95.5%。结论：DHS器械简单,操作简便,固定牢固,却不暴露骨折近端,保护了骨折端的血运,切口创伤小,术后出血少,符合生物学固定的原则,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的较好内固定方法。

Objective： To study the application of intertrochanteric fracture fixation power hip screw the curative effect.Methods：In the treatment of senile DHS intertrochanteric fractures in 45 cases.Admission Bonny limb skin traction or bone traction 3-and then in 7d c-arm X-ray machine monitor first closed reduction,reoccupy DHS internal fixation.Results：Follow-up of 40 cases,follow-up of 3～20 months,average 11.5 months.Fracture healing time 12～28 weeks,and the average 15.8 weeks according to the curative effect evaluation HuangGongYi therapeutic effect evaluation standard of evaluation,19.88% optimal 25 cases ＂good＂ 13 cases,poor in 2 cases,rate of 95%.Conclusion：While the equipment is simple,the operation is simple,fixed firmly,but not exposed fracture proximal,protect the fracture the blood supply,incision small trauma,less postoperative bleeding,accord with the principle ofbiological fixed,is the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures are good internal fixation method.
