摘要 长期使用或短期大量使用肾上腺皮质激素,引起的股骨头缺血坏死,已引起医学界的广泛关注。目前股骨头坏死病人大部分早期得不到明确诊断,临床上亦缺乏行之有效的防治方法。虽然通过多年的研究,对激素性股骨头坏死机制已经提出许多分散的理论,但均未能完全阐明激素性股骨头缺血坏死的发病机理,至今仍有许多需要解决的问题。近年随着研究不断深入,发现激素性股骨头坏死的机制与血清中TNF-α的浓度有密切关系,本文对TNF-α与激素性股骨头坏死关系的研究作一综述。 The long-term or short-term use of high-dose of adrenocorticotropic hormone can cause avascular necrosis of femoral head,which has drawn attention extensively in the field of medical science.Recently,most patients with femoral head necrosis cannot be diagnosed early and there is a lack of effective prevention and treatment methods in clinic.Despite years of research,the pathogenesis of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head has been determinated in many theories of decentralization,but they are not fully clarified steroid induced femoral head necrosis in the pathogenesis and there are still many doubts.In recent years,with the progress of research,the mechanism of femoral head necrosis is closely related to the serum concentrations of TNF-α.In this paper,the relationship between TNF-α and steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head is reviewed.
