摘要
结合特种设备管理法规和技术规范中对电梯检验流程的规定,简述了电梯检验流程中涉及到的各部门、各单位的职责及相互之间的联系,并指出其中存在的问题。针对这些问题,阐述了办公自动化软件在实现对流程中各部门、单位之间的动态化、流程化管理中所起的作用。此外,还叙述了办公自动化软件的优缺点及其应用前景。
Combining with the elevator inspection process provisions in management codes and technique regulations, this paper describes the duties and mutual contact relating to departments and units, and points out the existing problems. In allusion to these problem, it introduces the role of the office automation software for the dynamic and routing management to departments and units, also puts forward its advantages, disadvantages and the application prospect.
