摘要
目的探讨自制情景视频在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法将参与我院孕妇学校新生儿护理操作技术教学的273名孕妇按时间先后顺序分为观察组147名和对照组126名,观察组采用情景视频多媒体教学模式;对照组采用常规多媒体教学模式。比较两组孕妇掌握新生儿护理操作技术情况的能力。结果观察组教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-9.115,P〈0.01);观察组掌握新生儿护理操作技术的情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-6.43,P〈0.01)。结论情景视频有助于孕产妇更好地掌握新生儿护理操作技术,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of self-made scene video in the nursing of neonatal care. Methods Totally, 273 pregnant woman who participate in our school neonatal care operation technique teaching (including newborns bath, neonatal touch newborn babies, swimming, the umbilical plexus nursing, neonatal replacement urine pad, hip replacement urine mat of nursing six content) were divided into two groups: the observation group 147 pregnant woman, adopt scene video teaching mode; The control group 126 pregnant women, uses the multimedia teaching mode. Compare two sets of pregnant women neonatal care operation technology situation master. Results Teaching effect in observation group was better than control group (Z = -9. 115, P 〈 0.01 ). Mastery of neonatal care operation technology in observation group is also better than in control group (Z = - 6. 43, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Scene video help maternal to grasp the neonatal care operation technology, security baby safety and worth of being generalized.
