摘要
目的探讨健康教育工作在近距离治疗前列腺癌中的作用。方法选择356例接受125I放射性粒子永久植入治疗的前列腺癌患者,对其进行健康教育,采用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自制疾病知识掌握情况评分表、疾病治疗信心调查表对患者进行评价,比较健康教育前后患者对该病的认识、患者对该病恐惧程度和治疗的信心程度。结果356例患者健康教育前后焦虑发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(94.1%比39.9%,x2=4.68,P〈0.05);患者健康教育前后疾病知识掌握率比较,差异有统计学意义(70.8%比91.0%,x2=60.52,P〈0.05);患者健康教育前后疾病治疗信心情况比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=101.82,P〈0.05)。结论健康教育工作配合医疗护理活动的开展,有助于近距离治疗前列腺癌。
Objective To discuss the role of health education in prostate cancer patients treated with brachytherapy. Methods 356 prostate cancer patients who received 125I radioactive seed permanent implantation were included into the study, and they were provided with health education. Use Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-made disease knowledge level rating scale and confidence in treatment of disease survey to evaluate patients. Their understanding of the disease, anxiety, confidence in the therapy were compared before and after the education. Results After the education, patients acquired more knowledge about the disease (94. 1% vs 39.9% ,x2 =4.68,P 〈 0. 05), had less anxiety towards the disease (70.8% vs 91.0%, x2 = 60.52, P 〈 0.05) and more confidence in the therapy ( x2 = 101.82,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Health education combined with medical nursing activity is beneficial to prostate cancer patients treated with brachytherapy.
