神经电生理监测下面肌痉挛显微血管减压术的手术配合 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨面肌痉挛显微血管减压术中应用神经电生理监测保护面、听神经的手术配合要点及意义。方法回顾研究我院2008年12月至2009年12月收治的面肌痉挛患者500例,所有患者均行显微血管减压术,并在术中行神经电生理监测,重点保护面、听神经;术中护理配合方面保障手术和监测工作的顺利进行。结果350例患者术后面肌痉挛立即消失,150例患者延迟治愈,15例患者出现听力下降,10例患者出现面瘫,术中未发生监测电极脱落、严重干扰等监测失败情况。结论面肌痉挛显微血管减压术中应用神经电生理监测可较好地保护面、听神经的功能,提高手术治愈率,术中护理的积极配合,对保障监测工作的顺利进行,提高手术效果有积极的意义。
