摘要
发展已趋成熟的高炉炼铁工艺正面临的诸多不利趋势,例如铁矿石对外依存度升高、铁矿石粒度越来越小和焦煤资源枯竭等,制约着钢铁工业的健康发展。流态化炼铁技术可望突破解围,并且在中国发展优势明显。分析了该技术工业化推广的主要障碍,特别是黏结失流问题的相关研究进展。当前抑制黏结成本过高,使得全流程成本反弹,所以降低抑制黏结成本是该技术推广的关键。
Adverse trend is being faced by the mature blast furnace process,such as increasing ratio of dependence on foreign iron ore and smaller particle size iron ore and increasing depletion of coking coal resource,which restricted the healthy development of iron and steel industry.However,the fluidized bed process for ironmaking with obvious advantage can be hoped to make up for their weaknesses in China.In this paper the researching progresses of sticking problem impeding commercialization are analyzed.Existing fluidized bed processes selected different projects in the key link for avoiding the difluidization,which lead to the exorbitant cost,as the cost of all ironmaking process rebounded.So reducing the cost of restraining sticking is the key of the industrialization of fluidized bed process for reduction.
