冠状动脉介入治疗股动脉穿刺处应用Angio-Seal血管封堵器的护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价Angio-Seal血管封堵器在冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后止血的效果与护理。方法总结68例患者在冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后安装血管封堵器的术前及术后的护理。结果所有患者均成功安置血管封堵器,止血效果良好,术后住院时间短,并发症少。结论患者使用封堵器止血快,卧床时间缩短,并发症减少,可安全有效的应用于冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者的股动脉穿刺口的止血。
