摘要
简要介绍了挣值分析的内涵,通过分析挣值分析法三个基本值及其与WBS的关系,论述了挣值分析法的应用条件、步骤及限制因素,最后阐述了挣值分析法应用中应注意的方面,目的是为挣值分析法在实践中的应用提供参考。
The paper simplyintroduces the connotation ofthe Earned Value Analysis,and demonstrates applied requirements,applied steps and restrained conditions of the Earned Value Analysis by analyzing three basic values of the Earned Value Analysis and the relationship between WBS and the Earned Value Analysis,it also elaborates the aspects that should be paid attention to when use the Earned Value Analysis finally,in order to assist user in applying the Earned Value Analysis.
