摘要
EPC项目中的采购工作是基于信息管理和物流管理,信息的传递与物的流转同时发生。论文简略分析了采购过程信息沟通的类别,并针对如何使信息的沟通与管理井然有序、高效快捷提出了几点建议。
In EPC project,procurement work is based on information management and logistics management,the transmission of information and objects happens simultaneously.The paper briefly analyzes variety of information communication in the procurement process,and put forward some suggestions about how to make the information communication and management orderly,effective and efficient.
