全球普遍存在“经常账户失衡”问题，美国的赤字和中国的过多盈余也是这个问题的表现，作为世界两大经济体，美国和中国必须采取合理的国内储蓄及投资政策，以改善经常账户的失衡，并对中国提出了金融创新、提升公共服务等建议。

Current account imbalances generally exists around the world now, such as the deficit in US and the excessive surplus in China. As the world＇s two largest economies, US and China must adopt rational policies in terms of domestic saving, and investment so as to rebalance the current account. The author also suggests China on financial innovation and public services enhancement.
