摘要
近年来交通量的不断增长给环境带来了污染,大量的汽车尾气严重影响了城市空气质量。纳米二氧化钛利用其光学催化性能,能够分解汽车尾气中的有害气体。根据室内试验,对纳米二氧化钛在沥青混合料中的最佳添加方式及防撞墙涂刷剂量进行了研究,并将该方法应用于上海浦东中环线的试验路。结果表明,直接拌合方法适用于大规模的道路施工,且对尾气分解效果明显;将纳米二氧化钛分散在溶剂中后涂刷于防撞墙表面对于有害气体也具有一定催化分解的作用。在对验路摊铺现场取回的沥青混合料尾气吸收效果与室内试验结果相近,说明纳米二氧化钛在实际工程应用中对尾气具有长期持续的分解效果。
In recent years,vehicle quantity increases unceasingly and causes the pollution to the environment,exhaust gas seriously influence city air quality.Using its optics catalysis performance,nanometer Titanium dioxide can decompose exhaust noxious gas.In this study,we research on the optimum method that we add nanometer Titanium dioxide in bituminous mixture and the dose of nanometer Titanium dioxide painted on the collision wall by a large number of indoor tests,and the method is applied to test road in shanghai.The results show that,direct mixing adapts to road building,and it doesn't cut down the efficiency;moreover,nanometer Titanium dioxide painted on collision wall can decompose exhaust gas effectively.The decomposition effect of bituminous mixture retrieved from work site is equivalent to that of indoor tests,it means in practical engineering application nanometer Titanium dioxide has a significant long-term effects of catalytic decomposition on exhaust gas in the practical application.
