某传感器制造企业涂胶岗位通风柜防护效果分析

摘要 目的探讨涂胶岗位通风柜对有机溶剂作业环境中的工人的保护作用。方法采用现场调查的方法对通风柜开启前后空气中的毒物浓度进行监测。结果车间空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯等有机溶剂浓度均未超标,但是同时应该考虑有机溶剂的联合作用(k总=1.1>1.0),且通风柜开启后其浓度低于通风前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通风柜能有效地降低有机溶剂的浓度,对于保护工人的健康有一定的作用。 [Objective]To probe the protective effect of ventilation hood device on workers exposed to organic solvent in glue-coating post.[Methods]Through the field survey,the air toxicant concentration was monitored before and after ventilation hood device open.[Results]The concentrations of air organic solvents such as benzene,toluene,xylene,ethylbenzene in workshop were not exceeded standards,while the combined effect of organic solvent should also be considered(k total=1.11.0),and the concentration with ventilation hood open was lower than that with it closed.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).[Conclusion]Ventilation hood can effectively reduce the concentration of organic solvent and protect workers' health.
