儿童预防接种信息系统——管理平台C/S版管理模块使用效果评价

Evaluation on Management Module of CIIMS-Management Platform C/S Version

目的评价儿童预防接种信息系统(Childhood Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)——管理平台C/S版管理模块在国家信息管理平台未开通状态下的使用情况。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取南昌市3个区(县)使用儿童预防接种信息系统——管理平台C/S版管理模块,对使用效果进行观察、分析。结果已使用的3个县(区)的儿童个案信息均能实现数据共享和异地接种,重复建个案数及卡册数下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),有效地提高了疫苗的合格接种率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=104.5,P<0.05),减少了工作量,提高了工作效率。结论在国家无独立的CIIMS平台时,市级单位使用该管理模块,有利于免疫规划管理工作更科学、规范地开展。

[Objective]To evaluate management module of Childhood Immunization Information Management System（CIIMS） management platform C / S version with national information management platform closed.[Methods]A stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 3 districts（counties） of Nanchang for evaluation of management module of CIIMS-management platform C/S version,the results were observed and analyzed.[Results]The 3 counties（districts） could achieve data sharing case information and off-site vaccinations,the number of repeat cases and card construction volumes decreased,with significant difference（P0.05）,effectively improving the vaccine coverage rate with significant difference（χ2=104.5,P0.05）.It reduced the workload improved work efficiency.[Conclusion]no independent CIIMS national platform,the municipal use of the management module,is conducive to EPI more scientific,standardized to carry out.
