摘要 医院领导者自身的素质、心量、气质、格局、风度等个性化特征,一定要蕴含着个人魅力,魅力有一种吸引作用,会吸引更优秀的人才,会吸引人心。领导者只有把自己具备的个性化特征与领导活动有机地结合起来,才能较好地完成执政任务,体现执政能力;没有人格魅力,领导者的执政能力难以得到完美体现,其权力再大,工作也只能是被动的。
