In the current economic situation, it is necessary for Hong Kong-owned enterprises in the Pearl River Delta to carry out the green technology innovation, and there are also many development opportunities for these enterprises. The paper analyzes the approaches and effectiveness of green technology innovation based on the Hong. Kong Neo-Neon LED Lighting International Ltd., in order to provide some useful enlightenments for other Hong Kong-owned enterprises in China's Mainland to launch the green technology innovation.
