摘要 骨微损伤是指继发于骨疲劳的骨显微结构的改变,骨微损伤可能引起骨的机械特性和材料特性的改变。很多实验证明骨的周期性和疲劳性负重可以引起骨微损伤以及微损伤的聚积。另外,某些抗骨质疏松药物对骨微损伤的聚积和修复也有一定的作用。作者从骨微损伤的分类、检测方法、发生机制、修复机理、骨微损伤的聚积与骨的相互作用以及药物对骨微损伤的影响等方面探究骨微损伤。 Microdamage or microscopic cracking is the mierostructural consequence of fatigue in bone. Changes in mechanical and mineral properties of bone can be caused by bone mierodamage, accumulation of which can be result from periodical and fatigue loading of the bone. Some agents can also play a role in the accumulation or the repair of bone microdamage. In this article, we review the classification, measurement and mechanism of bone microdamage. Moreover, we also review the interaction between the accumulation of bone microdamage and the bone properties, and the effects of some agents on the bone microdamage.
