摘要
采用二甲基二氯硅烷和对氨基苯酚作为主要原料,一步法合成了二(p-氨基苯氧基)二甲基硅烷,使用核磁共振光谱,红外光谱及质谱对产物结构进行了表征。以新合成的二(p-氨基苯氧基)二甲基硅烷(SIDA)为原料和ODA,与PMDA反应合成有机硅氧烷聚酰胺酸,并分别采用热酰胺化与化学酰胺化制得了有机硅氧烷改性聚酰亚胺,使用FT-IR、TGA等手段对其结构和热稳定性进行了表征。研究结果表明,20%SIDA硅氧烷改性聚酰亚胺5%失重率温度为502℃,10%失重率温度为538℃,具有良好的热稳定性,在NMP、DMAC、DMSO等有机溶剂中的溶解性随着SIDA的增加得到明显的改善。
The bis(p-amino phenoxy)dimethyl silane(SIDA) was synthesized by reaction of p-aminophenol with dichloro dimethyl silane by one-step, and characterized by 1 H-NMR , FT-IR and MS spectra. The SIDA modified polyimide was obtained with thermal imidation and chemical imidation of SIDA-containing polyamide acid by reaction of SIDA and ODA with PMD, and its structure and thermal stability were characterized by FT-IR and TGA. The results showed that the 5% weight loss temperature of 20% SIDA modified polyimide was 502℃(2, 10% weight loss temperature was 538℃, which showed excellent thermal stabilities, and had good solubility in the NMP, DMAC and DMSO, indicated that its solubility was improved clearly with the increase of SIDA.
