溶液插层法制备PPC/OMMT纳米复合材料及性能表征 被引量:4

Preparation and characterization of poly(propylene carbonate)/montmorillonite nanocomposites by solution intercalation

摘要 通过溶液插层法制备了聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯/有机蒙脱土(PPC/OMMT)纳米复合材料,采用X射线衍射仪、热失重分析仪、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、动态力学性能测试仪(DMA)等对PPC/OMMT的性能进行了表征。XRD和TEM测试表明,OMMT均匀分散于PPC基体中并形成了插层型的纳米复合结构;DMA分析结果表明,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度较纯PPC有明显的提高,OMMT的加入对复合材料起到了显著的增强作用;热失重分析结果表明,蒙脱土的加入使复合材料的热稳定性有了大幅度的提高。 Poly(propylene carbonate)/organic montmorillonite (PPC/OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by solution intercalation method. The structure and porperties of the nanocomposites were investigated with X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The results revealed the formation of intercalated montmorillonite sheets in the PPC matrix. DMA indicated that Tg of PPC/OMMT nanocomposites were significantly higher than that of pure PPC. And the stiffness of the nanocomposites was improved by a wide margin, as can be seen from the results of storage modulus. Moreover, TGA indicated that the montmorillite addition leaded to a significant improvement of thermal stability of composites.
