摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)为共聚单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,明胶为分散剂,活性磷酸钙(ATCP)为助分散剂,采用悬浮聚合法在3 L四口烧瓶中合成了三元共聚高吸油树脂。讨论了吸油时间、单体配比、交联剂用量及引发剂用量对树脂吸油性能的影响,结果表明:当MMA、EGDMA、BPO分别为总单体百分含量的2.5%、0.05%及1.5%,明胶、ATCP分别为蒸馏水的0.20%、0.02%时,树脂的吸油性能达最佳,其对煤油和二甲苯的吸附倍率分别为9.76 g/g、23.39g/g,在4h内吸油基本达到饱和,保油率分别为95.5%、94.2%。另外,考察了高吸油树脂的回用性能,试验证明:将吸附油品至饱和的高吸油树脂用乙醇解吸后可至少回用10次。 A kind of high oil-absorbing resin was synthesized via suspension polymerization process in the 3 litres four-necks round-bottomed flask with methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA)as co-monomers, ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinking agent, henzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator, glutin as main dispersant and active calcium phosphate (ATCP) as secondary dispersant. The effects of oil-absorbption time, mon omer ratio, amount of initiating agent and crosslinking agent on the oil-absorption property of the resin were studied. The results showed that the oil-absorption property of the resin reached the best when MMA, EGDMA and BPO accounting for 2. 5%,0. 05% and 1.5% of the total monomers respectively,glutin and ATCP being 0.20% and 0.02% of the distilled water respectively. On this condition the kerosene and dimethylbenzene absorption rate was 9.76 g/g and 23. 39 g/g respectively, which was in saturation by and large in 4 hours. And the oil retaining rate was 95.5 % and 94. 2 % respectively. The property of reutilization for oil-absorbing resin was researched. The experiments proved that high oil-absorbing resin in saturation could be reused for more than ten times after being desorbed by ethanol.
