摘要 为提高人才集聚力,通过对合肥高新区企业实地调研走访及问卷调查,评价了合肥高新区的人才环境,指出了其在人才环境建设方面存在的问题,并提出在转变传统引才观念的同时,还应在人才政策、管理制度、服务水平、政策法规体系建设等方面不断完善;多层次多渠道地优化人才环境,提升环境吸引力。 Based on spot investigations and questionnaires,and aiming at increasing the talent aggregation,this paper evaluates the talent environment of Hefei High-tech Zone,and points out some existing problems in this respect.The paper also holds that efforts should be taken to change the traditional concept of talent introduction and improve the talent policy,management system,service level and legislation system of Hefei High-tech Zone in order to optimize its talent environment in a multi-level and multi-channel manner and promote the attraction of the Zone.
