摘要
人文素质大致可分为人文知识和人文精神,人文精神是其本质。医学的实质是对人的尊重关怀,对生命健康的珍爱。医学既是一门科学,需要科技进步,又是一门人学,需要人文滋润,求真、求善二者缺一不可。文章通过介绍国内医学院校人文素质教育研究现状,对医学院校学生人文素质教育做了界定,阐释了人文素质教育途径主要有更新教育理念、完善课程体系、丰富教学方法、加强医德教育、提高社会认知、注重环境育人。指出人文精神常常可以通过一定的人文知识来体现,但人文知识不等于就是人文精神。人文素质教育的目的是要求学生通过学习,树立和强化人文信念,涵养人文精神,多层次、全方位培养人文素质。
Humanistic quality can be divided into humanistic knowledge and humanistic spirit,and humanistic spirit is its nature.Essence of medicine is the respect for human care and the treasure for life and health.Medicine is both a science and a human study,so it requires both sci-tech progress and humanistic complement.Neither truth nor goodness is dispensable for medicine.Based on the analysis of the status quo of humanistic education in Chinese medical colleges,this paper makes a definition for medical humanistic education and summarizes the main approaches to it,including updating the educational philosophy,improving the curriculum system,extending teaching methods,strengthening the medical ethics education,enhancing the social awareness and stressing on the educational environment.The paper also points out that the humanistic spirit is often reflected through certain humanistic knowledge,but humanistic knowledge does not mean the same to humanistic spirit.The aim of medical humanistic education is to establish and strengthen humanistic beliefs,cultivate humanistic spirits,and improve medical humanistic quality of students through learning.
