摘要 以低碳为切入点,提出了减少交通所造成的碳排放是实现低碳的有效途径,慢行系统的建立可减少机动车的使用,从而有效降低碳排放量。着重介绍了慢行系统的构建原则,探讨了如何能够使慢行系统更加便捷地为市民服务,提高慢行系统的接受程度和使用率,从而达到减少机动车使用量、降低交通所造成的碳排放量的目的,实现低碳生态城市,从而实现生态城市的远大目标。 Eco-- city is a comprehensive concept,and can not be achieved in one step. Taking low carbon as the starting point, this paper discusses the efficient ways to reduce the carbon emissions caused by traffic. The establishment of slow-- vehicle system can reduce the use of motor vehicles and carbon emissions caused by traffic. Therefore, this paper focuses on the establishment of slow--vehicle system and discusses how people can make the system serve the citizens more conveniently. Besides, the paper also propose that people should improve the acceptance and usage of the slow--vehicle system,in order to reduce carbon emissions caused by traffic, so that we can achieve the goal of eco--city.
