Influence Factors and Countermeasure Analysis of Forest Farmers Investment after the Reform of Collective Forest Rights

指出了林改后林权发生变更,林农成为林业的经营主体、分配主体和投资主体,林农投资的作用必将日益凸显。在对比了林改前后林农身份变化的基础上,详细探讨了林农投资的各种影响因素,并提出了一些鼓励林农投资的对策建议。

After the reform of collective forest rights,the forest farmers have their own forest resources, and become the operators of forestry, therefore,the affect of forest farmers on investment will become increasingly prominent. Based on comparing the identity change of the forest farmers before and after reform of collective forest rights, the paper analyzes the influence factors of forest farmers investment, and proposes some countermeasures in order to stimulate forest farmers investment.
