复方菝葜颗粒对A549细胞生长状态的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察复方菝葜颗粒对A549细胞生长状态的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为两组,每组15只。一组灌服复方菝葜颗粒,2次/d,另一组灌服等剂量蒸馏水,第6次灌胃后2 h提取血清。A549细胞株随机分为中药实验组、西药对照组和正常对照组,分别加入10%含药血清、顺铂3μg/mL和10%SD大鼠血清进行培养,分别在培养0 h、24 h、48 h和72 h时进行细胞计数,绘制A549细胞的生长曲线。结果培养0h和24 h时的3组细胞数无明显差异(P<0.01);培养48 h后中药实验组和西药对照组的细胞数均有所增长,但明显少于正常对照组,相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),中药实验组和西药对照组的细胞数无明显差异(P>0.05);培养72 h后,正常对照组明显高于中药实验组和西药对照组,中药实验组和西药对照组比较无明显差异。结论复方菝葜颗粒能够抑制A549细胞的增长速度。 【Objective】 To observe the effects of compound rhizoma smilacinus granule on the growth of A549 cells.【Methods】 30 male SD rats were divided into 2 groups at random.Group 1 was given compound rhizoma smilacinus granule,twice/ day;the other group was given isodose of distilled water.The serum was extracted two hours after feeding them for 6 times.A549 cell strains were divided into traditional Chinese medicine experiment group,western medicine group and normal control group;10% medicated serum,cisplatin 3 μg/mL and 10% SD rat serum were added into them respectively for development.Cell counting at 0 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h and the growth curve of A549 cells was drawn.【Results】 There was no distinct difference among the 3 groups of cells at 0 h and 24 h(P 0.01).After 48 h,the cells in both traditional Chinese medicine experiment group and western medicine control group increase but the number was significantly less than that in normal control group;there was significant difference(P 0.01);there was no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine experiment group and western medicine control group(P 0.05).After 72 h,the growth speed of normal control group was significantly higher than that in traditional Chinese medicine experiment group and western medicine control group,and there was no significant difference between the latter two groups.【Conclusions】 Compound rhizoma smilacinus granule can inhibit the growth of A549 cells.
