微创经皮钢板内固定在股骨下段骨干骨折患者治疗中的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮钢板内固定在股骨下段骨干骨折患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法对该院经治的25例股骨下段骨干骨折患者行微创经皮钢板内固定,观察治疗效果。结果所有患者手术顺利,下肢力线恢复良好,X线检查结果示达到骨性愈合的时间为2~11个月,平均为(4.9±1.6)个月,无1例发生骨不连。2例患者术后出现创面感染,经抗生素治疗和及时换药等处理后痊愈。所有患者均无髋关节和膝关节活动功能的受限。根据Johner-wruhs评分的标准,终末随访时下肢功能为优者19例,占76.00%,达到良者6例,占24.00%,无1例恢复为差,优良率达100%。结论微创经皮钢板内固定在治疗股骨下段骨干骨折方面的愈合率高,并发症少,可以取得满意的治疗效果,值得在临床应用。 【Objective】 To explore the clinical curative effect of MPCNL plate fixation in patients with fracture of the backbone of femoral inferior segment.【Methods】 25 cases with fracture of the backbone of femoral inferior segment were treated with MPCNL plate fixation,and the curative effect was observed.【Results】 All patients' surgery was successful.The lines of force were good,the results of osseous healing time by X-ray examination showed were 2~11 months,mean to(4.9±1.6) months,no case were union of bone.The postoperative wound of 2 patients was with infection for antibiotics,after timely treatment processing,were all healed.All patients didn't appear hip or knee function limited.According to Johner-wruhs marking standard,terminal follow-up lower limb function optimization for 19 cases,accounting for 76.00%,6 cases achieve good,accounting for 24.00% and no case was restored as a poor,the dykes were 100%.【Conclusion】 The uses of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in the treatment of fracture of the femoral backbone inferior section have high fracture healing rate,little complication and can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect,it is worth of the clinical application.
