摘要
目的探讨APN排班模式在妇科的应用效果。方法在妇科护理的人力资源不变的前提下,对传统的周期性排班模式进行改革,建立护士长领导下的护理组长、责任护士和助理护士的层级管理梯队,实行APN连续性排班。半年后对实施APN排班期间的各项护理质量指标、患者满意度和护士身心健康状况等与实施前年度同一时期进行统计学比较以评价该排班模式在该科的应用效果。结果经过改革传统的排班模式,提高了患者、医生及护士的满意度,改善了护理质量。结论 APN连续性排班是一种有效和科学的排班模式,值得推广。
【Objective】 To explore the effect of application of APN shift model.【Method】 Under the condition of limited source of gynecological nurses,APN shift model was established to include a hierarchical nurse use of assistant nurse,nurse of responsibility,charge nurse,leaded by the matron.Half a year later,the quality of care,satisfaction of patient and health status of nurse have statistical treatment.【Result】 As a result of the reform of traditional shift model,quality of care and satisfaction of patients,doctors and nurses is improved.【Conclusion】 APN shift model is a effective,and scientific model,which is worth to be popularized.
