老年吸烟者外周血DNA断裂状况分析

摘要 目的研究过量吸烟人群外周血淋巴细胞中DNA断裂情况及其与吸烟的关系。方法第一组:10名过量吸烟志愿者,男性,年龄50~60岁,每天吸烟1包以上。第二组:10名不吸烟者,男性,年龄50~60岁。利用彗星实验检测两组患者外周血淋巴细胞中DNA断裂情况,并进行统计学分析。结果老年过量吸烟者外周血淋巴细胞DNA断裂明显高于不吸烟者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论过量吸烟能够导致老年吸烟者外周血DNA大量断裂。
