摘要
产业园作为产业的空间载体,充分利用建筑的聚集效应实现产业之间的相互协作。以烟台地理信息产业园规划设计实践为例,提出以"社区模式"构建产业园区空间形态的设计理念,主张通过对社区化的空间与交通组织,以及多样化的建筑与环境设计等方面进行具有绿色精神的适宜性规划策略的探索与研究,寻求人与环境的资源整合与和谐共享,以期为创建可持续发展的现代化产业园区指明方向。
As the space carriers of industry,industrial park achieves mutual cooperation between industries by the full use of assembling effect of architecture.Taking Yantai GIS Industrial Park planning and design practice for example,this paper proposes the idea of community model to build industrial park space form and advocates the adoption of community-based organizations,space and transportation,as well as the variety of architecture and environmental design and other aspects,which are suitable for exploration and research on the planning strategy of green spirit;it is also pursued the integration and harmonious between people and the environment and shared resources in order to create sustainable development direction of modern industrial parks.
