企业参与职业教育的研究述评

A Review of the Enterprise Participating in Voeational Education

大力调动企业参与职业教育的积极性,培养高素质劳动者和高技能专门人才,是当前中国一个带有全局性影响的重大经济和社会问题。通过对近年来国内外企业参与职业教育的相关性研究及相关政策的文献梳理,从规范研究、实证分析和政策操作等三个视角提出进行企业参与职业教育的系统和深入研究的必要性和现实性。

That to mobilize motivation, of enterprise participating in vocational education vigorously to train qualified workers and highly skilled specialists is a major economic and social problem with global impact currently in China. The article proposes that it is of necessarity and reality to research enterprise participating in vocational education from the perspective of the normative study, empirical analysis and policy operation, through the documents carding of the correlation research about enterprise participating in vocational education and relevant policy at home and abroad in recent years.
