高阻尼混凝土剪切阻尼性能的测试装置设计

摘要 高阻尼混凝土的阻尼性能与工作频率紧密相关,以往测试材料阻尼性能的黏弹谱仪或动态力学分析仪,无法测试如混凝土之类大尺寸材料的剪切阻尼性能.针对高阻尼素混凝土剪切直杆,采用复阻尼模型,建立剪切振动方程,通过振型分解法求得简谐荷载激励下杆端稳态位移反应,得到了混凝土材料剪切阻尼性能的测试公式,并设计了相应的阻尼测试装置.该测试装置为研究混凝土类大尺寸材料的剪切阻尼性能和阻尼机理奠定了重要基础. Concrete is the major material for infrastructures.A new,simple and inexpensive method to improve the seismic capacity of important structure components is to improve the damping capacity of concrete material. The damping capacity of the high damping concrete is frequency dependent,but the available viscoelastometer and other dynamic mechanical analyzers can not measure the shear damping capacity of a large scale material such as concrete materials.For the high damping shear-type plain concrete bar,using the damping model in complex variables,the shear vibration equations of motion are derived and then the steady displacement response under a simple harmonic load is obtained through the modal decomposition method.The testing formulae for measuring shear damping capacity of large scale materials are derived and the shear-type damping measuring instrument for large scale materials is thus designed.The suggested test theory and instrument can be used to study shear damping capacity and mechanism of high damping concrete materials.
