摘要
系统可靠性综合评估中,常利用贝塔分布拟合[0,1]区间上的各种概率分布。工程上常用的贝塔分布拟合方法有二阶矩法、点估计下限法及两点法等,其共同点是根据试验数据预处理得到可靠度分布函数,利用贝塔分布在不同条件下进行拟合,从而将其他类型数据转换为成败型数据。为减少拟合误差,在已有的研究成果基础上对贝塔分布拟合方法进行深入研究,给出贝塔分布拟合的两点优化方法。仿真结果表明,两点优化方法精确性明显提高,对高精度要求下的可靠性评估十分有用。
Beta distribution was usually used to approximate other kinds of probability distributions on / interval in system reliability assessment.Second order moment method,point-bounded below method and two points method were the most common methods in engineering uses.Their common ground was using beta distribution to fit other reliability distributions that gained from reliability test data pretreatment,then other types of reliability data could be converted to binomial data.Based on the in-depth research of existing beta approximate methods,the two points optimize method was put forward to reduce the approximate error.Simulation results showed that the accuracy could be improved markedly,and it was very useful in high precision reliability assessment.
