摘要
合成了5种以N-甲基咪唑为基体的碱性离子液体,以其作为催化剂,在无溶剂条件下,成功催化合成N-烷基化芳胺化合物。考察了离子液体种类、反应时间、卤代烃的种类等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,以碱性离子液体氢氧化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐([Bmim]OH)为催化剂,反应温度30℃,反应时间4 h条件下,不同取代基苯胺N-烷基产物转化率85%~99%,选择性大于83%。
Five basic ionic liquids based on imidazolium were synthesized and used as catalysts in synthesis of N-alkyl aromatic amine compounds. The effects of different kinds of ionic liquids catalysts and halohydrocarbons and reaction time on the yields were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were found as follows, basic ionic liquids [Bmim]OH as catalyst, reaction temperature 30 ℃ and reaction time 4 h. The conversion of N-alkylation was 85%-99% and the selectivity of N-monoalkylaniline was above 83 %.
