摘要
考察了不同有机溶剂对环己烯水合反应性能的影响,优选出适宜的有机溶剂为异佛尔酮;在此基础上,讨论了异佛尔酮用量、催化剂用量及反应时间对环己烯水合性能的影响,在异佛尔酮与环己烯体积比为4:1,催化剂用量为15%,反应时间为3 h的条件下,环己烯的转化率为34.5%,环己醇的选择性为94.8%;同时考察了异佛尔酮-环己烯-水体系中HZSM-5分子筛催化剂的重复使用性能,并对失活催化剂进行了N_2吸附-脱附、XRD、NH_3-TPD及FT-IR等表征,结果证明分子筛中骨架铝的流失,强酸中心减少是造成催化剂失活的直接原因。
Effect of different kinds of organic solvents on hydration of cyclohexene was studied, and the optimal organic solvent was isophorone. On this basis, effects of the amounts of isophorone, concentration of catalyst and reaction time on the hydration of cyclohexene were studied. Under the optimal conditions of volume ratio of isophorone to cyclohexene 4 : 1, concentration of catalyst 15% and reaction time 3 h, the conversion of cyclohexene was 34.5%, and the selectivity of cyclohexanol was 94.8%. Repeated use performance of HZSM-5 zeolite in the system of isophorone-cyclohexne-water was studied for the first time, and the deactivated catalyst was characterized by nitrogen adsorptiondesorption, X-ray diffraction, NH3-TPD and FT-IR. The results showed that the loss of framework aluminum and the decrease of strong acid center were the direct refon of catalyst deactivation.
