摘要
目的:探讨银杏叶缓释片的制备处方,并对其体外释放度进行评价。方法:以体外累积释放度为指标,通过单因素考察找出影响释放的主要因素,再采用正交设计筛选出最佳处方。结果:通过正交设计及体外释放度考察,得到制备银杏叶缓释片的最佳处方为主药55%,HPMC30%,EC10%,乳糖5%,硬脂酸镁0.5%。体外释药的规律符合Ritger-Peppas动力学模型。结论:粉末直接压片法制得银杏叶缓释片,体外释放度实验表明释药具有较好的缓释特性。
OBJECTIVE To explore the preparation of Ginkgo biloba extract sustained-release tablets and to evaluate the release rate in vitro.METHODS With in vitro-accumulated percent of drug-release as an index,using single factor method to find out the main impact factors on the release of the drugs,then using orthogonal design method to filter out the best prescription.RESULTS The optimal formulation of Ginkgo biloba extract sustained-release tablets was obtained by orthogonal design and the study of in vitro cumulative release: base medicine 55%,HPMC 30%,EC 10%,lactose 5%,0.5% magnesium stearate.The release of Ginkgo biloba extract sustained-release tablets in vitro fitted the Ritger-Peppas equation.CONCLUSION The method was simple and feasible,and the product had obvious sustained-release effects.
