人类免疫缺陷病毒相关痴呆症 被引量：2

摘要 随着高效抗反转录病毒治疗（HAART）的广泛应用，AIDS的预后显著改善，生存期明显延长。然而，慢性病程中所伴随的相关并发症就显得尤为突出，尤其是HIV相关痴呆症（HAD）。HAD直接影响中晚期患者的生活质量和总的生存期，也大大增加了患者的治疗护理费用。但目前国内这方面的报道较少，多数感染科医师对该病的了解及重视程度还远远不够，有必要对该病进行一次系统的阐述。
