补体旁路途径调节异常在C3肾小球病中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 目前研究发现补体调节异常与多种原发性肾小球疾病相关,证据较为充分的包括致密物沉积病(DDD)和C3肾小球肾炎(C3 glomemlonephritis)。DDD的特征性改变为电镜下肾小球基底膜(GBM)致密层见均质飘带状电子致密物沉积,免疫荧光只有c3沉积,免疫球蛋白阴性或很少量沉积。C3肾小球肾炎肾脏病理表现为免疫荧光下只有c3沉积,免疫球蛋白阴性,电镜在系膜区或伴有内皮下有电子致密物沉积,GBM内无电子致密物。
