双肾与胰腺慢性炎性肉芽肿MRI表现一例报告及相关文献复习

MRI Manifestaion of Chronic Inflammatory Granuloma in Bilateral Kidneies and Pancreas:1 Case Report and Literature Review

目的分析双肾与胰腺慢性肉芽肿的MRI表现,以提高对该病的认识水平。资料与方法对1例经手术病理证实的双肾与胰腺慢性肉芽肿MRI表现包括形态、信号及强化特点进行观察,结合临床资料与其他影像学资料进行分析。MRI检查采用梯度回波T1WI、快速自旋回波T2WI平扫、梯度回波T1WI动态增强扫描。结果双肾为多发局灶性病变,部分见囊变区。胰腺弥漫性肿大。均呈长T1、稍短T2信号。增强扫描动脉期无明显强化,静脉期及延时期逐渐强化。结论通过对双肾与胰腺慢性肉芽肿的MRI表现分析,结合临床资料与其他影像学表现,可加深对腹腔脏器肉芽肿性病变的认识并与肿瘤性病变进行鉴别。

Objective To evaluate the MRI manifestation of chronic inflammatory granuloma in bilateral Kidneies and pancreas.Materials and Methods One case of inflammatory granuloma in bilateral kidneies and pancreas proved by pathology underwent MR examination.The MRI manifestations,including shape,signal character and enhancement were analyzed.Results Multiple mass-like lesions with necrosis were showed in both kidneies.The pancreas showed diffuse swollen.The lesions were hypo-intensity on T1WI and T2WI images.The ldesions showed no enhanced in arteral phase and gradually enhanced in vein and delay phase.Conclusion The MRI manifestation combining with clinical data is helpful in the diagnosis of chronic inflammatory granuloma in abdomal organs.
