摘要
新戊二醇(NPG)和癸二酸(SA)反应得到聚合度(m)在1.61~5.44之间的"低聚物"中间体,收率95%以上.再将中间体与菜籽油酸进行酯化得到复合酯,收率90%.实验结果表明复合酯40℃的粘度在110~280mm2/s之间,粘度指数均大于210,凝点低于-41℃,生物降解率>95%,承载能力PB为882 N,磨斑直径0.42 mm,氧化稳定性随聚合度的增大而提高.复合酯是性能优良的绿色润滑剂.
Oligomeric intermediates with the degree of oligomers(m) 1.61 -5.44 were synthesized from neopentyl glycol and sebacic acid with 95% yield. The complex esters were obtained by esterification of the oligomers with rapeseed acid, and the yield of the complex esters were 90%. Experimental results show that viscosity of the complex esters at 40 ℃ is in the range of 110 -280 mm^2/s, viscosity index is higher than 210, solidifying point is belower than -41℃, biodegradation rates were high and more than 95% , load carrying capacity PB is 882 N, and grinding spot diameter is 0. 42 mm, anti-oxidation stability increases with increasing polymerization degree. The complex esters are excellent green lubricants.
